Cheaper is not always better. you need to find a reputable shop that can do the service work not just an oil change. remember your life depends on that car in more ways than one. A good shop will check your car completely from tires to worn steering parts and the like.I asked for the cheapest oil change.many of you gys said walmart. do all walmarts offer that service?
cant you travell too any wallmart, that has a servicce center most and all of wallmarts do oil changes and any oil change isent cheap these days if you cant do it yourself etc, you are goona pay them or some other guy, these places are out to make money and, they do on oil changess there isent nothing cheap anymore when you take itt too any garage, including wallmart sorrie thi isent what you want to here dude but thats life part with the cash no garage is cheap anymore on anything, thats life i know i run a sevice center in, ohio and i make a small fortune on oil lube jobs etc hey good mechanics parts labor oil gas and taxes arent cheap or inspections threw the states anymore there nickel, diming us, okay so we asorb inspections threw hidden costs like oil jobs etc
The cheapest oil change is the one you can do yourself. Takes ten minutes and about 11 bucks .
Dude, don't get your oil changed at Wal-Mart.

C'mon.
Supercenters only, But I wouldnt advice Walmart, Go to www.walmartsucks.org and read some post there, thye mess up ALOT of vehicles..PS: I used to work at a Walmart and I know this first hand, the mechanics bragged about taking cars out for a spin!!!!
At supercenters...... they don't have as bad as a rep as jiffy lube (jiffy boob) does.... Though if not made sure of, they may throw in bulk re-refined engine oil (not bad, its actually good but you don't know what grade it is) and throw on a crappy fram oil filter....
most do and do not worry about oil quality i had a 1994 geo prism with over 300,000 miles on the engine and never burned a drop i used walmart oil from day one had to get rid of it the transmission went out on it.
