Oil Service Light?

I changed the oil, but the light is still on. How do I clear it? It's a 86 528eOil Service Light?
Check the oil level,if in max level,Now disconnect one terminal of the battery and fit after 10 minutes.


Once u do this the alarm system may trigger.insert yr key in the ignition switch and turn to on position then reset manually.


The oil light in clucter shud be gone.





If still exists,pls go to auto wireman to check further.

apparently you have a manual the oil reset procedure should be in there
Well on some vehicles all you have to do is turn the power on, not the engine, then press the gas 3 times, and turn it back off. When you start it up the light should be clear. Otherwise, go to the oil change place or dealership.
