On-Site Oil Changes - Does anyone use this service?

I am starting an on-site oil change business that will open in the next 2 weeks. When you call one of these services to come to your work place or other area that you do not own, do you ask permission from the business / land owner? I didn't want to be out in the parking lot changing someone's oil and the business owner come up and say ';hey you cant do that here!'; Should i make up a form that has to be signed by the owner? Thanks for any advice!On-Site Oil Changes - Does anyone use this service?
It probably wouldn't hurt to talk with the owner of a business and just introduce yourself...and let them know what your intentions are....that way..you are covered.

The owner of a business really has the last say about what goes on on their property..so it wouldn't hurt you to do this.
